What is CBD E Liquid ?
CBD or cannabidiol is a molecule derived from the Cannabis plant. CBD is part of the same family as THC, but unlike the latter, it has no psychotropic effect, it has no impact on the nervous system. That is why it is legal to consume.
CBD is not a medication, but it is known for its relaxing effects, it can facilitate falling asleep and relieve certain pains.
With its popularisation, e-liquids containing it in their composition have appeared. Like classic e-liquids, a CBD e-liquid consists of a PG/VG base to which a dose of CBD is added.
There are several different CBD levels in CBD e-liquids, generally ranging from 50 to 1000 mg. The higher the level, the more noticeable the effects.
Today, the ranges of CBD e-liquids have expanded. There are not only flavours reminiscent of hemp, but also tobacco flavours, fruit flavours, and even gourmet e-liquid flavours.
CBD e-liquid is not consumed in the same way as a classic e-liquid. The vaping frequency differs, it should not be vaped throughout the day. It is recommended to use it during a moment of relaxation. It is strongly advised not to vape this type of e-liquid before driving or at work.
Furthermore, it is recommended to vape a CBD e-liquid with suitable equipment. It is best to use an e-cigarette with low power and a tight MTL draw (a pod for example) and equipped with a resistance higher than 1 ohm for indirect inhalation vaping.

Like classic e-liquids, it is possible to make your own DIY CBD e-liquid. Following the same principle as for making your own e-liquid, you will need:

- one or more flavours
- one or more CBD boosters that will replace the nicotine boosters initially used in a DIY preparation
- an additive (optional)

What base for CBD booster ?
As mentioned earlier, a CBD e-liquid is composed of a PG/VG base. To make your DIY CBD e-liquid, you will need to get a base. For this, you need to choose an appropriate base. It is advisable to use a base with a proportion of 80/20 or 60/40 PG/VG. Avoid bases with more than 50% VG to optimise CBD dilution and for better absorption in the resistance.
