1L BASE - 0MG - 50/50 BORN TO DIY
Prepare Rapidly and Simply your e-liquids with the base without nicotine. The base 0mg in nicotine Born To DIY is ready to use, simple enough to add the aroma of your choice, eventually with additives if needed.
To prepare the liquid in 50/50 - PG/VG, it is generally advised to add 10% to 15% of aroma.
For example: A 10ml Vial:
- 1ml of Aroma (minimum) or (10%)
- 9ml of Base (maximum) or (90%)
With 1L of base, we can prepare 100 Bottles in 10ml
The 1L E-Liquid Base Born To DIY meets pharmaceutical quality standards. With the composition 50% in Propylene Glycol (PG) and 50% Vegetable Glycerine (VG) for a good balance between flavours and vape.
The Propylene Glycol promotes the fluidification and expression of the aroma aswell as the hit. The Vegetable Glycerine allows the production of the vape.
Base without Nicotine is Conditioned in a 1L bottle with a spout to prepare large quantities of liquid. Child Protection Seal.

How to make your Nicotine Base with the Nicotine Booster?

Caution: Nicotine content in the Nicotine Booster is a product which must be handled with care. Always wear protection gloves and protection glasses when handling the Nicotine Booster.
Store your vials in a well-protected area only accessible for yourself (Secured Lock) and away from light
Choice of Nicotine for your Base:
- If you are heavily dependent on nicotine, we advise you to choose e-liquids with a nicotine dosage of 16mg/ml and 18 mg/ml
- If you are somewhat dependent on nicotine, we suggest you use e-liquids with a nicotine dosage of 9mg/ml and 12 mg/ml.
- If you are just slightly addicted to nicotine, we suggest you use e-liquids with a nicotine dosage between 3 mg/ml and 6 mg/ml.
- If you are not dependent on nicotine, we suggest you use the 500ml Base nicotine free e-liquid. The absence of nicotine will reduce the hit so prefer stronger flavours such as glacial mint or the mint tobacco mixtures.
- If you are a non-smoker, avoid nicotine e-liquids altogether. A regular smoker has a considerably higher number of nicotinic receptors which limit the effects of nicotine but for a non-smoker, the risk of becoming dependent or overdosing is quite real!
Make your own e-liquid:
Ingredients:
- A ready-to-use base
- One or more concentrated aromas.
- Optional: an additive (+/- sugar, +/- acid, balancing agent, bonbon effect…).
Material:
- A big 10 ml to 30 ml syringe for the bases
- A smaller 1 ml one for the aromas
- 5 ml/10 ml/30 ml plastic or glass bottles for your formulations
- Latex gloves
- Safety goggles
Formulation:
- WASH YOUR HANDS, KEEP CHILDREN AWAY WHEN WORKING, ON A CLEAN WORK SURFACE.
- Using the syringe or a small dropper, fill an empty bottle with your ready-to-use base (to produce 10 ml of e-liquid: put in 8 ml of base, the remaining +/- 2 ml will be for aromas and additives).
- As the base contains nicotine, it must be handled with extreme care. We recommend that you wear latex gloves and safety goggles for maximum safety.
- Shake the bottles of aroma before use.
- Add a few drops of aroma(s) (See the recommended dosages on the product notice).
- Optional: add one or more additives.
- Shake the bottle well for 10 to 20 seconds and then let it stand for maturation of the aromas.
- Wash your hands again, clean your material and work surface.
- Make a note of your recipe for your records or to pass on.
Maturation:
Maturation is a compulsory stage and is the period where the flavours in an e-liquid formulation develop. The aromas do not express themselves immediately in fact and they need:
- a minimum maturation period of 15 days if not several weeks for tobacco type aromas.
- a minimum maturation period of 48h for other types.
For best results, you should shake the flask once formulation is finished and a little each day to diffuse the aroma well.
Please not that the maturation period depends on the base used. The higher the vegetable glycerine content in the base, the longer the maturation period.
Tasting:
Once the maturation period is finished, your e-liquid is ready to taste. If you find the restitution of flavours too weak, you can add a few drops of aroma and let the formulation stand again for a minimum of 48h. On the other hand, if the liquid is too strong, you can dilute it by adding more base formulation.
- Too high dosage = need to dilute: add base formulation
- Too low dosage = need to add a few drops of aroma
Advice:
- Start with just one aroma before envisaging mixtures with several aromas.
- For additives (optional), stay in a proportion of 1 to 3% of your base formulation mixture + concentrated aroma(s), as the additives are very powerful in general.
- Label your formulations (aroma(s), dosage, nicotine content, (date of production)
- Prepare your new recipes in 10 ml bottles, but in small 5 ml quantities, to allow for readjustments to the aroma or base.
- Never skip the maturation stage. To shorten the waiting period, you can stir the product from time to time to encourage the maturation.
