The Ice Cool e liquid is available in a 50ml bottle in 50/50 PG/VG with 0mg in nicotine. To obtain 60ml of e liquid dosed in 3 mg/ml you can add a 10 ml booster in 20 mg/ml.

 Preparation of your Ice Cool 50 ml E Liquid

To obtain a nicotine e-liquid you can mix 1 or more nicotine boosters in a  Graduated Twist Bottle or a  DIY PET Bottle.  You can for example, obtain 60ml of e liquid around 3mg/ml by adding 1 Nicotine Booster to 20mg/ml.
