Here's how to choose the right dosage based on your smoking profile:

You smoke fewer than 5 cigarettes a day: Choose 5 mg/ml – a light hit, ideal for regular vaping throughout the day. Equivalent to a traditional liquid dosed between 6 and 12 mg/ml.

You smoke between 5 and 15 cigarettes a day: 5 to 10 mg/ml is recommended – the hit remains smooth yet satisfying, perfect for moderate use.
