Meca & Electro
The famous Skarabäus Pro Max 25 is made in Stainless Steel, the contacts are gold plated. The Skarabäus Pro Max is hybrid as the switch does not interrupt the voltage and sends a signal to interrupt the contact. The switch is electronic and uses the patented optico-magnetic technique. This technique avoids the physical contact in consistency and as a result resists time. This switch is also resists humidity.
MOSFET
The MOSFET (power modulator) surveys the temperature of the mod and avoids overcharging of extreme currents. The mod cuts off after 15 seconds when pressing on the switch. The mod is also secured. A coloured LED indicates the status of the mod whilst functioning.
The LED is green when the battery has charged from 3.0V and 2.6V. Then, it stops the function of the mod when below 2.6V. This avoids the battery to be completely discharged and prolongs the duration of life. The Skarabäus Pro 2019 recognises coils from 0.1Ω.
