In 2023, Le Petit Vapoteur has become a "Mission-Driven Company," a status introduced by the Pacte Law (Action Plan for Business Growth and Transformation) in 2019. This status allows companies to establish a purpose that integrates the consideration of the social, societal, and environmental impacts of their activities. The goal is to reconcile the pursuit of economic performance with contributing to the general interest. For Le Petit Vapoteur, this decision represents a natural step in its history as the company has been implementing environmental, societal, and social actions for several years already.
Mission Committee Report - April 2024
This is the purpose of Le Petit Vapoteur ! To bring it to life, LPV has committed to 4 social, societal and environmental objectives :

Since its inception, Le Petit Vapoteur has been committed to the Fédération Interprofessionnelle de la Vape (FIVAPE) to defend the usefulness of vaping. For us, it is essential to unite and avoid misinformation by providing concrete and reliable information to the general public, the media, the state, and the medical field. Le Petit Vapoteur contributes, through various channels, to promoting vaping as a less harmful alternative to tobacco and as an effective method to help smokers quit.

For 7 years, Le Petit Vapoteur has proudly supported the association "La Vape du Coeur". Each year, we contribute by providing them with equipment and e-liquids, which are then disttrributed to those in need.
In addition to our commitment to La Vape du Coeur, we also support the medical field by making direct donations. Thanks to these donations, healthcare professionals have resources to better assist their patients in their smoking cessation journey.

Normandy is deeply rooted in the history of Le Petit vapoteur. As a company from Normandy, Le Petit Vapoteur is dedicated to supporting and collaborating with businesses and associations from the region. We also strive to minimise our carbon footprint by promoting local production.
Every year, we support those in need of material or moral assistance in the following areas : help for the disadvantaged, child protection, culutural and sporting initiatives, medical aid, environmental protection, and animal rights advocacy. Our support comes through sponsorships throughout the year and through our "Black Fairdays" solidarity day, wich takes place evry last Friaday of November since 2018.
For eight days, every purchase made on our website or in our stores contributed €5 to the participating associations. Thanks to the generosity of our customers, nearly €2.8 million has been donated to the associations over the seven editions of "Black Fairdays". A beautiful solidarity operation that Le Petit Vapoteur is proud of.

100% of our waste is sorted! Le Petit Vapoteur collaborates with several waste treatment organisations (products, materials, and wooden pallets), including associations like "Les Bouchons de l’Espoir". Thanks to these collaborations, we are able to recycle all our vape products, materials, and wooden pallets.
Le Petit Vapoteur is aware of the importance of reducing waste production. That’s why we are committed to deploying future actions to further reduce and revalorise our waste
Le Petit Vapoteur aims to adopt a more responsible supplier policy. In this approach, we seek to collaborate with suppliers engaged in CSR (Corporate Social Responsability) practices.

Le Petit Vapoteur employees are also encouraged to take care of the planet. At the head office and in our stores, several collection points are available to promote waste sorting composters, recycling furniture.
Near our warehouse, the company Apiterra has installed six beehives that serve as a refuge for nearly 240,000 bees! After being jarred, the 40 kg of honey harvested in 2022, and 75 kg in 2024, were given to all Le Petit Vapoteur employees.

Le Petit Vapoteur is committed to fighting all forms of exclusion and discrimination. To achieve this, we support inclusion by collaborating with adapted companies from Normandy. We believe that diversity is a strength for our company and society in general. That’s why each year, we actively participate in DUODAY, opening our doors to people with disabilities from ESAT (employment support services for people with disabilities). We give them the opportunity to discover our work environment and contribute to our activities.
Our commitment to inclusion doesn’t stop there. We also offer training opportunities to students and people undergoing career changes. Le Petit Vapoteur aims to give everyone the chance to succeed.
We also work on the personal development of our employees. Le Petit Vapoteur has implemented various actions to promote the well-being of our staff, such as internal events (meals, sports, etc.), organic fruit baskets every morning, internal competitions, and QVCT (Quality of Work Life) events during the month of June, which allow all employees to participate in various activities.
