Deliveries in France

For any order made before 7.00pm (except Mondays, Saturdays and Bank holidays), your package is shipped the same day. Whatever is the shipping method, we will give you, asap, a link with your tracking number to follow the delivery of your package. 

Shipping fees include packing, handling, and mailing costs. There is a fixed part and a variable part, depending on the price of your order. We recommend you  group your purchases in one single order. If you do not follow this procedure, you will need to pay the shipping fees for each order you place. We care about the packing of your items. However, we cannot be held liable for the damages caused by the carrier.

Click & Collect and Drive Delivery 

Click & Collect Get your delivery within 48 hours for free at our network of stores for all orders over €29.90 (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). 

Packages handed over upon presentation of an ID card or a Le Petit Vapoteur loyalty card, based on the opening hours and days of the selected store. 

Drive 

Drive orders are made available in secure access lockers located in front of the warehouse reception, at 325C rue de Sauxmarais in Tourlaville (50110). When your order is ready, a QR code will be sent to you by email. It will also be available in your customer account by clicking "View my order" in the "My orders" section. You will just need to approach the terminal and follow the instructions to retrieve your package!

 Note: Orders placed on Saturday (from 6:00 PM onwards) and Sunday will only be prepared on the following Monday.
