France Delivery

For any order made before 2.00pm (except Mondays, Saturdays and Bank holidays), your package is shipped the same day. Whatever is the shipping method, we will give you, asap, a link with your tracking number to follow the delivery of your package. 

Shipping fees include packing, handling, and mailing costs. There is a fixed part and a variable part, depending on the price of your order. We recommend you  group your purchases in one single order. If you do not follow this procedure, you will need to pay the shipping fees for each order you place. We care about the packing of your items. However, we cannot be held liable for the damages caused by the carrier.

Mon Domicile: Delivered to your home in 48hrs without a signature, for all orders placed before 2.00pm (except Mondays, Saturdays, and Bank Holidays)

Mon Bureau Poste : Delivery to your Post Office in 48hrs for any orders placed before 2.00pm (except Mondays, Saturdays, and Bank Holidays). You can have your parcel directly delivered to one of the 10 000 pickup points of La Poste. You are informed of the availability of your package by SMS and by e-mail, with a withdrawal order to pick-it up within the next 10 working days. Any time after this, the parcel is returned to the sender.

Mon Commerçant : Delivery to your shop in 48hrs for all orders placed before 2.00pm (except Monday, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays) Get direct delivery to a local shop! With So Colissimo, you can choose a delivery point from one of the 4,200 shops in the PICKUP network of the group La Poste, close to your home, your workplace or holiday destination. You will be informed when your package is ready for collection by electronic post. You have 10 working days to go and collect it. Once this period has expired, your package will be returned to the sender.

Colissimo Flash: Next day home delivery (within 24hrs), without a signature. 

For all departments 14, 22, 29, 35, 44, 50, 53, 56, 61 and 85:  Delivery in 24hrs for all orders placed before 5.00pm (Monday to Friday) and before 12.00pm Saturdays 

For the Ile de France (French Islands) Region and department 76: delivery in 24hrs for all orders placed before 12.00pm  (from Monday to Friday).

UPS Delivery 

UPS Standard : Orders are shipped the same day, if you place your order before 2.00pm (14h) Monday to Friday. Next day delivery is not guaranteed.

Chronopost 24H Relais: Delivery in pick-up stores before 1.00pm for any order made before 10.00am on Saturday and before 2.00pm (14H), from Monday to Friday. One unique service covering 100% of the territory. One single delivery schedule to rural zones as large cities including Corsica and Monaco. 

Chronopost 24H: Delivery with signature the next day before 1.00pm – for all orders placed before 10:00am on Saturdays and before 2:00pm (14H)from Monday to Friday.  Take advantage of this unique service of Chronopost in metropolitan France (including Corsica) and Monaco. These delays imply a handling of your parcels from Monday to Saturday morning and deliveries from Monday to Friday except bank holidays (see further information in the options: “Delivery on Saturday”). For certain offshore islands, the delay can be increased by one day.

Chronopost Sunday: Delivery of your package on Sunday before 1.00pm (13H) for all orders placed before Friday 2.00pm (14h). The delivery is effectuated between 9.00am and 1.00pm (13H) Sunday, to your home. Taking into account, Friday at 2.00pm (14h), deliveries to Paris, in the Ile-de-France departments (77, 78, 91, 92, 93, 94, 95) and in the 14 large French Cities such as (Nice, Marseille, Toulouse, Bordeaux, Montpellier, Rennes, Grenoble, Nantes, Reims, Lille, Strasbourg, Lyon, Toulon and Aix-en-Provence). 

With Predict, the client will be notified before the time and date of the delivery, which can interact with the delivery if necessary. 

* : Free Delivery from 45.90€ for all orders placed from Thursday 2.00pm (14H) to Saturday 9h59 with Chronopost 24H. From Saturday 10.00am to Thursday 1.59pm (13H59), delivery is offered via UPS Domicile.
