Practical advice :
A coil is consumable, therefore the lifespan is from 1 to 3 weeks.
If your coil is brand new, let it sit for about 10 to 15 minutes in the full reservoir before vaping.
If there is a persisting burnt taste and reduction in flavour this is an indication that the coil must be changed.

EC-A COILS ELEAF
Here are the latest innovation by Eleaf with the EC-A coils. They are made in Austenite steel which promises abundant flavours and excellent duration of the coils. The materials used are in stainless steel which offers ultra-rapid heating speed. They are rolled in mesh, so the heat with the diffusion of ideal flavours. is uniform over the entire length
The Austenite steel allows you to use the coils in temperature control and SS mode. They are compatible with the Melo 4S clearomiser and the utilisation is complete with the iStick Pico Plus.
The EC-A Coils are available in 3 options:
- EC-A 0.15 Ω. To be used from 40 and 70 watts. With a high rate of VG (> 50%). For a powerful direct vape.
- EC-A 0.30 Ω. To be used from 30 and 50 watts. With a high rate of VG (> 50%). For a direct vape.
- EC-A 0.50 Ω. To be used from 20 and 40 watts. With a medium rate of medium VG (~ 50%). For a semi-direct vape.
The EC-A Coils are made by Eleaf.
Changing the coils of the Melo 4S Eleaf :
- Unscrew the inferior base of the clearomiser.
- Unscrew the old coil.
- Screw in the new coil to the base.
- Place a few e liquid drops on the cotton of the coil.
- Screw back on the base to the reservoir.
- Wait at least 10 minutes so the coil is completely soaked with e liquid.
