AROMA - HAMPTON CLASSIC

Classic Hudson Aroma Vincent in the Vapes. A natural aroma of neutral Classic Blond, perfect to begin the Electronic Cigarette. 

Food Graded in the form of E-liquid, Natural,(Natural prepartations or Aromatised ssubstances) or synthetic soluabke in Glycol Propylene. 

We use the following support for the Aromas: Propylene Glycol with PE or USP quality, Non pharmaceutical Alcohol, and Non Undernatured Food Quality (Ethanol level at 40% in volume), Vegetable Glycerine with EP or USP quality.

We control the absence of the following compounds in our aromas: Added sugar, Diacetyle, Parabenes, Ambrox, Gums (Xantane, Acacia, Mineral or Vegetable oils, OGM product, Dietary suppplements, Drug or Active ingredients, Formaldehyde liberators conservators, Acrolein, Furfural.  

The reception of the aromas is internally analysed using the Chromatographics method composed of the following (potentially uncertain or proven toxic), to verify the presence of any traces or abscence: Acetyl Propionyl, Acetoin, 2-3 Hexadione,Food allergens, Limonene, Coumarin, Pulegone ,Linalool, Benzyl Benzoate, Benzyl Cinnamate, Alpha and Beta thujones, Cinnamaldehyde, Farnesol,Citral, 4-Menthoxybenzyl Alcohol, 2-Benzylidene Heptanol, compounds. 

We also analyse the presence of nicotine, tobacco alkaloids in tobacco flavours, or mixed flavoured tobacco aswell as the presence and concentration of essential aroma oils. 

Dosage :

The Concentrated Aromas are unusuable in the natural state, the Aroma must be diluted in the neutral base.

There are two ways to dose the aroma:

• Number of drops
• As a % and therefore in millilitres

To use the aromas, we advise that you diulte 15%  of the bottle in volume total for all our ranges.

(CirKus Authentic and The Excentriques, aswell as the Little Concetrates of Vincent) with a base of PG/VG in 50/50.

NB : The complex recipes of these aromas are developed without any need to add any supplementary aroma. The aromatic equilibrium and homogenity of the recipe may be disturbed by the use of any additional flavour or additive.

Note that 1ml of aroma is the equivalent of 30 drops. If you need to put 5% of aroma in the base, you therefore need 5ml for 100ml, so 0.5 ml of aroma for 15 drops for 10ml of base pour 10ml.

Storage:

Store between 4 and 16°C, this aroma can be preserved for a minimum of one year in its original packaging

The base, the aromas and E- liquids must be conserved away from heat and light. All products must be kept safetly away from children and animals.

Maturation,  Vincent Dans les Vapes Advice:

• Once you created your recipe, comes the maturation stage of your e-liquid. Varied standing times allow better rendered and optimal flavours.

•  The Step is a personal choice, there is not really a universal answer to give, however it does depend on the consumers and the method used whilst using the step process.

• In terms of taste, an e-liquid that has just been produced and consumed without step will reveal it's aromatic richness, ideally alternating the vape temperature. Thus, different aromatic notes of e-liquid can be collected quickly, with successive changing of sensations. Older will be marked by a rounded a stronger-liquid balance and length generally more developed mouth.

• Concerning the step method, leaving the bottle open, with the presence of air inhance when diffusing in many aromas , but this will equally accelerate the oxidation of nicotine. This oxidation can provoke a flavour quite disagreeable. However more certain composed aromas like mint aromas have the tendancy to disappear.

Make your own e-liquid:

Ingredients:

• A ready-to-use base 
• One or more concentrated aromas.
• Optional: an additive (+/- sugar, +/- acid, balancing agent, bonbon effect…).

Material:

• A big 10 ml to 30 ml syringe for the bases
• A smaller 1 ml one for the aromas 
• 5 ml/10 ml/30 ml plastic or glass bottles for your formulations
• Latex gloves
• Safety goggles

Formulation:

• WASH YOUR HANDS, KEEP CHILDREN AWAY WHEN WORKING, ON A CLEAN WORK SURFACE.
• Using the syringe or a small dropper, fill an empty bottle with your ready-to-use base (to produce 10 ml of e-liquid: put in 8 ml of base, the remaining +/- 2 ml will be for aromas and additives).
• As the base contains nicotine, it must be handled with extreme care. We recommend that you wear latex gloves and safety goggles for maximum safety.
• Shake the bottles of aroma before use.
• Add a few drops of aroma(s) (See the recommended dosages on the product notice). 
• Optional: add one or more additives.
• Shake the bottle well for 10 to 20 seconds and then let it stand for maturation of the aromas.
• Wash your hands again, clean your material and work surface.
• Make a note of your recipe for your records or to pass on.

Maturation:

Maturation is a compulsory stage and is the period where the flavours in an e-liquid formulation develop. The aromas do not express themselves immediately in fact and they need: 

• a minimum maturation period of 15 days if not several weeks for tobacco type aromas.
• a minimum maturation period of 48h for other types.

For best results, you should shake the flask once formulation is finished and a little each day to diffuse the aroma well.

Please not that the maturation period depends on the base used. The higher the vegetable glycerine content in the base, the longer the maturation period. 

Tasting: 

Once the maturation period is finished, your e-liquid is ready to taste. If you find the restitution of flavours too weak, you can add a few drops of aroma and let the formulation stand again for a minimum of 48h. On the other hand, if the liquid is too strong, you can dilute it by adding more base formulation.

• Too high dosage = need to dilute: add base formulation
• Too low dosage = need to add a few drops of aroma

Advice:

• Start with just one aroma before envisaging mixtures with several aromas. 
• For additives (optional), stay in a proportion of 1 to 3% of your base formulation mixture + concentrated aroma(s), as the additives are very powerful in general.
• Label your formulations (aroma(s), dosage, nicotine content, (date of production)
• Prepare your new recipes in 10 ml bottles, but in small 5 ml quantities, to allow for readjustments to the aroma or base.
• Never skip the maturation stage. To shorten the waiting period, you can add 1 or 2 drops of white vinegar to the formulation or leave the bottle "open" for a few hours a day and shaking it from time to time to encourage oxidation.
