The robust Argus XT Kit by Voopoo proposes a strong vape with a waterproof mod and the sub ohm MAAT clearomiser. It is compatible with the TPP coils by Voopoo. There are 2 coils in the kit : DM1 0.15 Ω (up to 80 watts), DM2 0.20 Ω (up to 60 watts).

With the Argus XT kit you are guaranteed to have an electronic cigarette made for direct inhaling and a strong vape. The box has an output power of 100 watts and is compatible with the 21700 type batteries for a longer vape. The mod also accepts the 18650 batteries. It is entirely waterproof (classed IP68) always dressed in leather for total comfort in the hand.

Even with a physical interrupter on the front the Argus XT mod offers different modes of vape, therefore the SMART and TURBO which increases 25% of the volume in vapor in only one second. The MAAT clearomiser equips a number of Voopoo kits. The clearomiser has a capacity of 6.5ml with a filling from the top which is relatively simple.

Efficient and waterproof or dust, the Argus XT Kit brings beautiful performances with the mod compatible 21700.

At Voopoo, the Argus Kit is always dressed in leather, robust and waterproof. The Argus XT Kit follows the concept but also has a new compatibility with the 21700 batteries (not included). This offers autonomy for a vape in direct inhaling with the MAAT sub ohm clearomiser and TPP coils.

The Argus XT Kit offers all the comfortable techniques that Voopoo knows. With the GENE TT 2.0 chipset you will have a powerful vape up to 100 watts but especially with modes and very useful functions. The SMART mode for example protects and lengthens the duration of the coil.

The kit is compatible with all the TPP coils and the 2 coils, DM-1 0.15 Ω and DM-2 0.20 Ω are included so you can discover significant cloud chasing.

This Argus XT Kit by Voopoo is adapted to for lovers of direct inhaling and a “muscled” vape. The kit is compatible with the 21700 battery as it offers good autonomy, necessary for this type of vape. The clearomiser offers a good capacity in 6.5ml, a synonym of autonomy. The kit also has the advantage of being robust and entirely solid. This will interest lovers of vape who sometimes vape in difficult conditions. The advantage of the 21700 is also to have a powerful and compact than 2 x 18650 batteries.

Mixing leather and metal, the Argus XT box is a mod which is completely protected up to the USB-C connection against humidity and dust. It is even classed waterproof IP68. The  mod is made to welcome the 21700 battery and it remains enough for ergonomics. The mod is accompanied with a strap so it can be attached to your bag or so it remains close to hand.

QS Lock

The Argus XT box has the “QS-Lock” interrupter which offers more security when vaping. No accidental ignition of the mod with a physical button which has 3 positions. One position to entirely block the mod and another to block the power. The button in the middle allows you normal functioning of the box. The box automatically stops after 30 minutes of inactivity.

GENE.TT 2.0 Chip

With the GENE.TT 2.0 chipset the Argus XT allows you to handle 100 watts in power (maximum) with the 21700 battery (or even 18650). The box offers several modes and functions therefore the SMART and TURBO:

  • The Smart mode proposes the best power for the coil used with the MAAT clearomiser without the risk of being under or high speed which could damage the.
  • The Turbo mode, respecting the range of power with the coil,  automatically switches to the highest power for the coil
  • The RBA mode allows you to simply use watts between 5 to 200 watts
  • The TC mode proposes the temperature control with the coils in Ni200, Titane and Stainless Steel

Made for a vape in direct inhaling and cloud chasing, the MAAT Tank clearomiser is distinguished with an imposing aeration. Completely adjustable, it offers a good variation of pulls for your vape. The adjustable ring is impressive and announces the program.

Autonomy

For a longer vape you need capacity. The domed reservoir of the MAAT Tank has a capacity of 6.5ml. To avoid the leaking of e liquids Voopoo has created the “crater” concept. A « reserve » is installed at the base of the clearomiser which gathers the condensation droplets of propelled towards the coils.

  • Fill the reservoir with 2/3rds of e liquid by the side
  • Screw back on the top cap

TPP coil Voopoo

Voopoo has a good idea to keep the MAAT Tank compatible with all the TPP coils. A coil in mesh for rapid heating. There are 2 TPP coils included with the Argus XT Kit:

  • TPP-DM1 in 0.15 Ω to be used between 60 and 80 watts.
  • TPP-DM2 in 0.20 Ω to be used between 40 and 60 watts.

  • Unscrew the inferior base of the MAAT Tank
  • Insert the coil into the center of the reservoir
  • Install the inferior base
  • Fill the 2/3rds of the reservoir with e liquid and wait a few minutes so you prime the coil.

Malgré une résistance défectueuse dans le kit et remplacée par le ptit vapoteur, cette argus est un changement pour moi. Venant d'une Drag X pro et précédemment une Drag X gros changement. Déjà le chipset, l'accu tient plus longtemps sur l'argus que sur les drag, pourtant même puissance et même résistance. Le remplissage le 1/4 de tour et hop on remplit. Fonctionne tres bien avec les embouts des flacons 70ml. Rendu des saveurs bon également et gros nuages en prévision. Concernant l' IP68 je ne me suis pas amusé comme j'ai pu lire par certains de la passer sous l'eau. Un défaut je lui trouve comparait à la drag X, l inter pourrait servir à éteindre complètement l'argus.
